1. Purpose

1. This app enables anonymous users to connect spontaneously in small groups for social, non-commercial activities based on shared interests, availability, and nearby locations.
2. It is not intended for continuous or transactional communication.

2. No Registration or Account

1. You use the app without creating an account. A randomly generated anonymous ID is created on your device and used for communication with the server.
2. You remain anonymous throughout your use of the platform. If you uninstall the app, your ID and data are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity.

3. Acceptable Use

1. You agree to use the app respectfully and lawfully. This includes:
   1. Not misusing or attempting to interfere with the system.
   2. Not submitting false or offensive check-in messages or recognition signs.
   3. Not using the platform for advertising, harassment, or commercial purposes.
2. The operator reserves the right to restrict or block IDs that abuse or harm the platform or its community.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

1. This app is a facilitator — not an organizer.
2. We suggest spontaneous meetups (“moments”/“events”) between users, but we do not verify participants or the outcome of any event.
3. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, behavior, and safety when participating.
4. Always use common sense and good judgment when meeting people in public spaces.

5. Data & Privacy

1. We collect and process only minimal, anonymous data necessary to provide the service. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and Availability

1. We may update or modify the app at any time.
2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the availability of moments.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. To the extent permitted by law:
   1. The app is provided “as is” without warranty.
   2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app or participation in a meetup.

8. Governing Law

1. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
2. If you are a consumer within the European Union, this does not limit your rights under the laws of your country of residence.
